Finding Your Animal Teacher Meditation

This meditation is designed to connect you to the energy or thoughtform of an animal that will help you to achieve your goals. We’re going to start by clarifying what it is you hope to gain through this interaction, whether that’s strength, stealth, more grace, leadership abilities, anything that you desire to embody more of, and then we will take a meditative journey into the energy of whatever animal chooses to present itself to help you with this goal. You will then take this energy into yourself, allowing you to resource the strengths and abilities of that species in your own life.
