Book Troubleshooting Guide

I can’t get the download file to open.
Good news! This issue is very common and very easy to solve. The download file you received is a .zip file. What this means is that the file will need to be unzipped on a computer before you can use it. Just transfer the file to a computer, right click it and choose the “unzip” or “open” option. After unzipping the file you’ll have a folder containing 3 files, two book files (in .mobi and .epub formats), and a PDF of instructions on which file to choose and how to use it.
After you’ve got the file unzipped, you’ll be able to transfer the file to your phone or e-reader and open it by following the instructions in the PDF.
The file download expired before I had a chance to download it.
No worries! Just get in touch with me over on the contact page and let me know. Include the name and email address you used to purchase the book so I can verify your purchase and I’ll send you a new book download.
